Privacy Policy
Jimichu, L.L.C. (“Jimichu”) is the operator of the www.bongotyube.com Web site (“the Site.”) By accessing the content on the Site, you indicate your understanding of and agreement to Jimichu’s Privacy Policy set out in this document.

1. General Terms and Policies. Jimichu is a private company providing access to content on the Internet. Jimichu’s equipment and facilities may be used to access materials on the Web, enjoy audio and video programming, read online content, post materials for others, and otherwise participate in all legal aspects of the Internet through the Site, subject to the Terms and Policies established by Jimichu and further subject to this Privacy Policy (“Policy.”)
2. General Data Collection. Information which you provide to Jimichu as part of your use of this site will be used by Jimichu to give you access to the services you request, and Jimichu may share information about you with its corporate affiliates and trading partners as needed to route or exchange information you send or request, or otherwise provide access to the service(s) you request.
Jimichu may utilize various methods of data storage and retrieval (including "cookies") to assist in providing services and managing information on the Site efficiently.
Jimichu may provide third parties with aggregate information about the use of the Site which does not reveal details of any particular user, without your prior permission.
Jimichu will not provide names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, IP addresses, or other personally identifiable information about you to any third party without your prior permission, except as required under an appropriate court or administrative directive, including a facially valid subpoena, or as necessary to operate the Site.
To the extent that you give your permission, Jimichu may use personal information about you for other business purposes at any time, and share personal information about you with third parties.
3. Data for Messages. If you request that Jimichu send (or arrange for you to be sent) data via electronic messages to your cell phone or other communications device(s), Jimichu will collect, retain, and use information regarding your cell phone or other communications device(s) in order to enable the sending of content to you. That data collection, retention, and use will continue so long as you subscribe to the messaging service(s). At the time you discontinue the messaging service(s), Jimichu will no longer retain or use that data. Jimichu will also collect and use any billing and payment information as needed to process payments for any service(s) you use on the Site.
4. Third Parties. Jimichu may permit third parties to place advertisements of various sorts on the Site, and it is possible that those advertisers will use technical means to collect information from persons who access their advertisements. Jimichu makes no representations or warranties as to the means or manner of any such data collection, and is not responsible for any retention and/or use of information by those advertisers. You should review any advertiser’s posted privacy policy before deciding whether to permit that advertiser to collect information from you.
5. Updates. This Policy may be amended in any respect at any time by Jimichu upon the posting of the amended Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site will be deemed consent to any such amended Policy, regardless of whether or not you have read the revised Policy. If you do not wish to continue to use the Site as a result of any such amended Policy, you must cease your access to and use of the Site.
